Specialized Services to Support Your Child's Growth & Development.

At Reach Therapy Services, we believe every child deserves the chance to grow, learn, and thrive. If your child is navigating challenges related to speech, motor skills, sensory processing, or other developmental milestones, our specialized therapy services could be a helpful resource. Our therapists across disciplines coordinate each session to give your child a personalized plan of care designed to help them reach their functional goals while building trust and therapeutic alliance.

Specialty Services from a Trauma-Informed Care Lens

Reach Therapy Services prides itself on providing excellent care in all areas of pediatric therapy services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA therapy. Our reach extends beyond the typical scope of service, and our clinic houses many specialty areas across disciplines.

Our specialty-certified healthcare professionals have completed unique post-professional training to provide your child the ability to reach the furthest heights of their growth. They provide in-person, patient-centered care that benefits the whole child while empowering families with tools and strategies to support their child’s growth beyond the clinic.

Trauma-Informed Care

A comprehensive approach to patient care, with therapists considering a client’s intrinsic abilities, external factors, and life experiences as part of a client’s treatment plan.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

Using filtered music, SSP engages a system of muscles and nerves that support social engagement, stimulating the vagus nerve and making other therapies more accessible.

Interactive Metronome

Challenges clients to synchronize a range of whole-body exercises to a beat. IM can help improve outcomes in the areas of cognitive, communicative, motor, sensory, and academic performance.

Integrated Listening System

Provides multisensory input through filtered classical music, delivered via air-and-bone-conduction headphones and movement activities. ILS has shown a positive impact on clients with learning differences, memory, executive functioning, neurological injury, and more.

Pediatric Pelvic Floor Therapy

Physical therapy evaluation and treatment to provide support for clients who may struggle with incontinence, enuresis, encopresis, chronic constipation, pelvic pain, and many other concerns.

NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Training

A non-invasive, neurofeedback training that can be used to increase overall brain function. The feedback provided in the NeurOptimal system helps the brain identify and adjust its own patterns to optimize functioning.

Feeding Therapy

In-depth, multi-disciplinary approach to providing support in feeding therapy. Therapists across disciplines at REACH are trained in multiple feeding approaches to provide the best standard of care and meet each individual’s needs, including children with difficulty swallowing, sensory disorders, and other orofacial/digestive barriers to feeding.

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

Extensive knowledge and support in multiple communication modalities and access methods. Speech therapists at REACH have experience with multiple AAC programs to best meet each child’s needs to access their community. Support extends to the family and communication partners, empowering clients and their care team to build connections and communication.

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy

Addresses the oral structures – including the lips, tongue, jaw, cheeks, and palate – and their impact on swallowing skills and resting mouth posture. OMT is based on the neuromuscular re-patterning of the muscles of the face and mouth and includes facial exercises and behavior modification techniques to promote proper tongue position and improved breathing, chewing, and swallowing.

Testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder

REACH can perform ADOS testing in tandem with pediatrician recommendations to provide families with answers on the best way to support their child if they are seeing characteristics of autism.
