Applied Behavioral Analysis
Supporting your child’s functional skills to increase engagement and enjoyment in every environment

Making Measurable Progress in Your Child's Life
Every child deserves to thrive. At Reach Therapy Services, our ABA team – made up of experienced BCBAs leading a team of registered behavior technicians – provides support to children with autism to increase skills and promote independence. As the leading methodology of therapy practices for children with autism, ABA uses research-based interventions to promote new skills and decrease behaviors that hinder skill development.
Why REACH?
Our core values drive each clinical decision made by our therapists at Reach to provide robust care that supports each client’s individual needs.
Inter Collaborative Support
With multiple disciplines housed under Reach Therapy, our team of therapists work consistently throughout the day to collaborate on each child’s plan of care in order to generalize skills and promote independence.
Trauma-Informed Care
Trauma-Informed Care is a comprehensive approach to therapy, with therapists considering a client’s whole life situation as part of a client’s plan of care. As a trauma-informed clinic, each therapist at Reach receives training to assess a child’s strengths and needs from a whole-child lens, with consideration for past experiences and how that impacts present skills.
Client-Centered Approach
Service planning at Reach Therapy happens with the client at the core of every decision made. Our therapists consider a child’s strengths when formulating a treatment plan to address their needs and meet the child where they are at in their trajectory of development.
Why Applied Behavioral Analysis?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Reach Therapy Services
At Reach Therapy Services, we offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and develop an individualized treatment plan to meet the specific needs of your child. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where your child can practice and master their target behavior, leading to independence across different settings and situations.
ABA treatment at Reach may include areas such as:
- Receptive and expressive language
- Self-help skills
- Social skills
- Conversation skills
- Adaptive living skills
- Behavior modifications
Why Applied Behavior Analysis?
ABA techniques bring about positive, meaningful changes for growth in positive behaviors, including language and communication skills, attention, social skills, and maintaining focus.
Our ABA therapy process at Reach Therapy Services begins with a comprehensive assessment by a behavior analyst (BCBA) who has been certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. During this initial meeting, we work closely with you to understand your child’s specific challenges, strengths, and goals. This assessment allows us to develop a customized treatment plan that targets the areas most important to your child’s growth.
Once the treatment plan is established, therapy sessions will begin in the chosen setting—whether at home, school or in our clinic. Our therapists use techniques like Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) to teach and reinforce positive behaviors while addressing any challenging behaviors that may arise. Each session is meticulously documented, allowing us to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
Throughout the therapy process, we maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates and involving you in every step. Our goal is that your child learns new skills and masters them to the point where they can apply them independently in different situations when the behavior occurs. This generalization of skills is a critical component of our ABA therapy, helping your child to succeed in a variety of environments.
